Vinyl Industries...My Home Away From Home

Well I am back. I have taken a month long vacation from life because I have been working, full time, at this place: Vinyl Industries. I am a receptionist there but I pretty much do a little bit of everything. Accounting, sales, secretarial stuff etc. Each morning I get to wake up at 5:30 am to take Jake to work (he also works here but has to start at 7:00am) and then I start work either at 8:00am or 9:00am. And I stay there until 5:00 or 6:00pm. I cannot even express to you my hatred of people who take all of their problems, sorrows and concerns out on the receptionist who holds absolutely no control. Just the other day I got yelled at (including all sorts of profanity) because one of our trucks ran over his front lawn. (Yes, he has a valid point and a valid concern but why take it out on ME?) However, the next day the man called back and apologized to me. He has been the only one to do so. My job consists of answering the phone calls of these insane people, giving people price quotes (right now the 6' privacy white fence is running at $12.95 per foot for materials. Installation is only $6.50 per foot if you are purchasing over 100' of material...blah, blah, blah), and running around for everyone else in the store.
