Mmmmm.....My masterpiece!!! This little project of mine started yesterday around 3:00pm and ended today at 5:45pm. Yes, over 24 hours. But it was dang well worth it! Just look at all of those heavenly juices oozing out of that tender rack of meat. Add to that the delicious flavor of caramlized sugar and barbeque sauce. Yes, we were definetely very messy by the end of the meal. This one is 100% getting added to our repertoire. :)

You fabulous cook you! I have never, ever attempted to make ribs...way to go! They look yummy, I will have to get the recipe and try making them for Ray. :)
